About The Position

Satori Mortgage is a national team of 50+ producing loan officers who share wins with each other. We are a brokerage and correspondent lender, offering real lending power and a wide range of options without corporate bloat. We provide real-time support from originators, not managers, and access to leadership who still fund loans. This role is a 100% commission, self-generating position where the focus is on building a business that survives any market, rather than being fed leads. We offer systems and onboarding designed by a producing loan officer, real coaching and accountability, a national community, access to over 50 lenders and a correspondent channel, and AI tools including custom GPTs and an Agent AI Masterclass. We also provide support on tough calls with a pod leader and have over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Take calls and Zooms with a pod leader for support on tough calls.
