About The Position

Requirements

  • Active NMLS License.
  • Minimum of two years of mortgage experience.
  • Preferred production of $1M+ funded monthly.
  • Purchase-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM and mortgage technology.
  • Licensed in at least one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas.
  • Must hold and maintain an active NMLS license in the state or states in which they originate loans.
  • Compliance with the SAFE Act, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, and all applicable federal and state mortgage laws.

  • Maintain strong communication and follow-up skills with borrowers and realtors.

  • Adhere to all applicable federal and state mortgage laws and company compliance standards.
