About The Position

Support a fast-paced mortgage office on a temporary basis by assisting individuals at all levels and in all functional areas. This role provides support to various departments within the mortgage home loans division, including sales, marketing, and operations. Associates will handle confidential client information and must practice discretion at all times.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
All associates must understand and adhere to the non-negotiable Banker Standards.
Commit to practicing SGNNT (smile, greet, name, name, thank you) at all times.
Consistently follow policies and procedures as established by Capital City Bank, Capital City Investments, Capital City Trust Company, Capital City Strategic Wealth, and Capital City Home Loans.

Responsibilities

Support sales in proactively marketing and promoting Capital City Home Loans’ financial products to meet established loan quality and production goals.
Represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner by providing exceptional customer service and adhering to core values.
Gain experience conducting interviews with prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data, determine financing objectives, advise on product/pricing, and gather required information.
Assist in executing corporate, loan officer-specific, and marketing compliance projects and tasks.
Maintain and distribute promotional item inventories.
Customize marketing templates.
Refresh and maintain content within the CRM system.
Perform new-hire loan officer marketing set-up, tracking, and reviewing.
Respond to and complete loan officer marketing requests.
Coordinate and track corporate and office-level memberships and sponsorships.
Assist with local and non-local event and tradeshow planning and support, including event trailer assistance.
Coordinate print, direct mail, and online marketing/advertising.
Develop and schedule content for corporate social media channels.
Track website and social media traffic and produce reports.
Track and report compliance information for corporate and loan officer advertising and social media.
Learn and engage with marketing service vendors to support loan officer marketing.
Manage customer reviews on social media.
Perform activities related to operations functions, including reviewing files, ordering supporting documents, and assisting processors in preparing loans for underwriting and closing under direct supervision.
Complete all assigned/required Bank training within established timelines.
