About The Position

Mortgage Field Service Contractors are responsible for documenting the occupancy and physical condition of mortgaged properties. This involves visiting properties to determine if they are occupied or vacant, taking specific photos, and assessing the general condition of the property using a mobile app. The role is ideal for individuals with experience in delivery services such as Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, or pizza delivery, who are looking for flexible, income-based work.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.

Responsibilities
