About The Position
Mortgage Field Service Contractors are responsible for documenting the occupancy and physical condition of mortgaged properties. This involves visiting properties to determine if they are occupied or vacant, assessing their general condition, taking specific photos using a smartphone, and reporting findings via a mobile app. The role is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as those in the gig economy (Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, etc.), who possess reliable transportation and a smartphone. Contractors will rate properties as Good, Fair, or Poor and answer multiple-choice questions about their condition.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
