About The Position
Mortgage Field Service Contractors are responsible for documenting the occupancy and physical condition of mortgaged properties. This involves visiting physical properties to take specific photos, determine if the property is occupied or vacant, and report on the general condition of the property using a mobile app. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in delivery services such as Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, or Uber Eats, who are looking for flexible work. Key tasks include determining property occupancy status, rating the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor, capturing property photos with a smartphone, and completing a report via a downloadable app on a cell phone, answering multiple-choice questions about the property's condition.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
