This is a Contract-to-Hire position for a Mortgage Customer Service Representative. The role involves handling inbound calls from mortgage borrowers regarding payments, escrow, and general servicing. Additionally, representatives will conduct outbound calls using an auto-dialer to remind borrowers of payments (not collections), provide website assistance, process payoffs, and refer eligible customers for refinancing. The position requires escalating calls appropriately, meeting performance metrics, and using internal servicing software while contributing feedback for platform improvement. The training period is 3 weeks on-site and includes classroom, shadowing, and nesting. The role is based out of Chandler, AZ.
