The Mortgage Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls from mortgage borrowers regarding payments, escrow, and general servicing. This role also involves conducting outbound calls using an auto-dialer to remind borrowers of payments (not collections), providing website assistance, processing payoffs, and referring eligible customers for refinancing. The representative will be responsible for escalating calls appropriately, meeting performance metrics, and using internal servicing software while contributing feedback for platform improvement. This is a contract-to-hire position.
