About The Position
Perch is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join their fully remote team in Canada. This role offers a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential, aiming to help brokers grow their income by 50-100%. The position is ideal for top-performing mortgage brokers or advisors who are looking to reduce administrative tasks and focus on building client relationships and closing deals. Perch provides proprietary technology to automate workflows, eliminate underwriting, and offer dedicated support, allowing brokers to concentrate on their core business functions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Broker or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.
- Proven top performer with the ability to originate at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all of your leads.
Responsibilities
- Originate at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months.
- Self-generate most or all of your leads.
- Nurture your client pipeline and identify new opportunities.
- Guide clients step-by-step through their application.
- Integrate Equifax soft credit checks.
- Automatically request the correct documents from clients.
- Handle compliance and FINTRAC reporting.
- Manage client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings.
- Keep referral partners informed with automatic status updates.
