Mortgage Assistant
About The Position
TEKsystems is currently hiring entry level Mortgage Assistants to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution! This role provides operational support for Management, Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers. The Mortgage Operations Support Assistant (MOSA) will execute essential mortgage production tasks, assist with new loan setup including indexing, member follow ups, ordering and/or validating documents, track and update action items in a database, and maintain systematic, consistent, and reliable notes and contact history information on each member interaction and actions taken on accounts.
Requirements
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic skill performing mathematical calculations and working accurately with numbers
- Basic skill navigating multiple screens and PC applications and adapting to new technologies
Responsibilities
