About The Position
Crew members serve customers courteously, take orders and payments, and prepare pizzas and other menu items. They may work at stations including dough making, pizza topping, food preparation, baking pizzas, and making salads. The role suits motivated, hardworking team players who can work in a fast-paced environment and are interested in learning and growing with the company. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and day or evening shifts.
Requirements
- Must be polite, reliable, honest, and hardworking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Pizza experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and questions about products.
- Serve customers professionally and provide courteous customer service.
- Take orders, process payments, and operate a cash register and/or POS system.
- Prepare and make pizzas and other menu items, including food preparation and salads.
- Work at stations such as dough making, pizza topping, and baking pizzas.
- Sanitize and clean.
- Assist with training new employees.
