Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Montessori credentials (AMS, AMI, or equivalent)
  • Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements
  • Flexible and eager to shine during business hours
  • A passionate heart for the Montessori method and toddler development

Nice To Haves

  • Child Development Associate (CDA) or degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field
