Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree required for elementary teaching).
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Montessori credentials (AMS, AMI, or equivalent)—your ticket to shine!
  • Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
  • Flexible and ready to rock during business hours.
  • At least 1 year leading with Montessori philosophy, curriculum, and techniques.
  • A fiery commitment to the Montessori method that lights up your work.

Nice To Haves

  • Child Development Associate (CDA) or degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
