Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree required for elementary teaching).
At least 18 years old.
Montessori credentials (AMS, AMI, or equivalent)—your ticket to shine!
Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
Flexible and ready to rock during business hours.
At least 1 year leading with Montessori philosophy, curriculum, and techniques.
A fiery commitment to the Montessori method that lights up your work.

Nice To Haves

Child Development Associate (CDA) or degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
