About The Position

Work as a multi-functional team member to build a shelled pattern using Product Criteria and Robots. Will be required to clean work area and Robot cell area, including sweeping and mopping the floor.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalency is required.
• Must pass WORKKEYS Tests: Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, Workplace Documents with a Level 4 or higher on ALL tests.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to lawfully obtain access to export-controlled items.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Adequate computer skills to enter and retrieve data into the computer system.

Nice To Haves

• Able to demonstrate 2 years of full-time continuous work experience with the same employer OR 6 months of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI).
• Function as a member of a team and work under general supervision.
• Work and function in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain expected quality levels.
• Assemble a hanger of molds.
• Enter and retrieve data from the computer system.
• Load patterns onto the auto-line using a lightweight manipulator.
• Input necessary data into the computer for the auto-line.
• Apply latex spray when necessary for the auto-line.
• Maintain auto-line materials.
• Help out in other areas as needed.
• Load patterns for Robot 7.
• Input necessary data into the computer for Robot 7.
• Apply latex spray when necessary for Robot 7.
• Maintain Robot 7 materials.
• Core-fill or hand dip as needed.
• Maintain Primary cabana organization.
• Pull molds when required out of Primary cabana to load for Robot 8.
• Input necessary data into the computer for Robot 8.
• Maintain Robot 8 materials.
• Apply bracing as needed.
• Maintain Back up cabana organization.
• Unload molds for Collar Grind.
• Pull necessary data out of the computer for Collar Grind.
• Carefully remove gasket for Collar Grind.
• Maintain wheelabrator.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Clean work areas and maintain a clean work environment; perform 5S cleaning activities as required.
