About The Position

We’re looking for a part-time MonkeyBar Server at Town and Country Resort. MonkeyBar sits right in the heart of our lobby—equal parts social hub, cocktail spot, and people-watching paradise. We’re looking for a part-time server who’s quick on their feet, naturally engaging, and knows how to read a room. You’ll be part of the energy that makes MonkeyBar feel effortless: good drinks, good service, and a vibe that keeps guests lingering a little longer than planned.

Requirements

• Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or poolside environment.
• A personality that shines—friendly, outgoing, and maybe just a little bit mischievous.
• Ability to multitask like a pro while staying cool under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (that’s when the magic happens).
• Must meet all food handling and alcohol service requirements.
• If you can carry three plates, remember five drink orders, and still crack a joke - this might be your stage!

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks with speed, accuracy, and just the right amount of flair.
• Keep guests happy, hydrated, and coming back for “just one more.”
• Know the menu like your favorite playlist—cocktails, bites, and daily specials included.
• Handle high-volume shifts without breaking a sweat (or at least make it look that way).
• Work closely with bartenders and teammates to keep service smooth and seamless.
• Maintain a clean and organized section, because chaos belongs in the party—not the workspace.
• Anticipate guest needs before they even ask (yes, mind-reading helps… or at least great instincts).
