International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, & Learning (MERL) Interns & Fellows for field office deployment in June 2027. The role's primary purpose is to support field office leadership in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of projects, with specific emphasis on MERL components aligned with the project life cycle. Depending on experience, responsibilities may include coordinating program design teams, participating in the design process through research and stakeholder engagement, overseeing proposal drafting and submission, developing and managing data monitoring systems, coordinating the collection, analysis, and communication of project data, and structuring quarterly program reviews. Positions are available in various global offices, with a program duration of 12 months from June 2027 to May 2028.
