About The Position

Krise Transportation is hiring a Monitor to support school bus and van drivers and help ensure students’ safety as they board, ride, and depart. Monitors observe student behavior and contribute to the welfare and wellness of the children they serve. The role is described as an essential link between students and schools, within a supportive team and family atmosphere that values relationships with drivers, children, parents, and school districts. The schedule follows the students’ schedule, with nights, weekends, holidays, and summers off. The listed pay is $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for daily safety and attendance bonuses and a year-end bonus. Company-paid life insurance of $15,000 and an employee assistance plan are provided; dental and vision plans are available voluntarily. Applicants must have reliable transportation, pass criminal and child abuse history checks, obtain a negative tuberculosis test, and participate in and pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing throughout employment.

Requirements
