About The Position

This role provides quality service and efficient operations support for assigned areas, internal business partners, and external customers and clients in support of Merrill. It handles routine and standard transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes, while referring more complex problems to management. The role covers one or more operations functional areas and assists with phone calls, email boxes, and processing queues.

Process transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes.
Demonstrate operational discipline while handling routine and standard operational functions.
Cover one or more operations functional areas, such as analyses, report generation, opening new accounts, trade processing, payment processing, and data entry.
Assist with phone calls, email boxes, and processing queues.
Refer more complex problems to management.
