We have a 3rd shift Molding Operator position available at our Eau Claire plant. The hours are 11pm-7am Monday through Friday. Join our team and be part of something great! As an entry-level Injection Molding Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the production of plastic components through the operation of injection molding machines. This position involves hands on work, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and product quality.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be safety conscious and reliable
Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines manually and/or automatically
- Perform finishing and trimming of molded parts to specification
- Conduct basic part inspections for defects or quality issues
- Complete required production and inspection paperwork accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders
