We have an opportunity for a Molder to join our Delavan, WI team. You will perform necessary operations on a variety of plastic injection molding presses to produce quality components at a predetermined standard.

Requirements

Experience using hand tools, power tools, air tools
Experience using sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grinders
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.
Steel toed shoes are required on the production floor.

Responsibilities

Perform necessary operations to mold components including proper placement and removal of inserts and removal of part.
Perform secondary operations such as removing spurs and knockouts, sonic welding, deburring, machining, and minor assembly and packaging.
Perform in-process quality checks and communicate non-conformances to proper personnel.
Maintain card system and determination of KanBan quantities.
Productivity reporting and Quality audit reporting.
