About The Position
The Molder works onsite at Weir ESCO’s Newton, Mississippi location on the first shift as part of a team supporting the casting-making process. The role focuses on maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency in the work area while contributing reliably to production goals. The Molder follows company policies, work instructions, and safety protocols, and helps maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free workspace.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
