About The Position
The Molder is part of a team contributing to the casting-making process at Weir ESCO. Working onsite in Newton, Mississippi, on the 1st shift, the role supports safe, high-quality, and efficient production. The Molder follows company policies, work instructions, and safety protocols; maintains a clean, organized, hazard-free work area; and reliably supports team productivity and operational continuity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or casting environment.
- Familiarity with safety programs and hazard identification.
