Requirements

  • Demonstrated hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to operate production equipment, tools, and required safety equipment.
  • Ability to accurately track and record production information.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the scheduled shift.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned equipment and follow work instructions to produce parts that meet quality and production standards.
  • Perform required operations and package parts to meet customer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate counts, production records, and product identification (tags/labels).
  • Monitor materials and communicate safety, quality, or production issues to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety requirements.
  • Support team operations through flexibility in assignments and participation in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Complete additional tasks as needed to meet business and customer needs.
