About The Position
Responsible for visually inspecting wax patterns, dressing defects, and performing other tasks related to pattern manufacturing. The work is performed at a work bench, where the operator may sit or stand. It requires attention to detail, steady hands, and good visual acuity.

- Attention to detail, steady hands, and good visual acuity.
- Ability to push or lift 10–35 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Visually inspect wax patterns to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Dress defects using hot torches and hot plates; trim flash; fix air bubbles; label patterns; assemble parts; and apply sealant.
- Keep the work area clean.
- Accurately report daily production quantities.
