The mold operator coordinates all functions of molding products into final configuration and orientation. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and forklift certification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of product production
- Excellent math and reading skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work productivity with minimum supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Have appropriate computer software knowledge
Responsibilities
- Processes finish product
- Molds logs
- Operate forklift
- Weights, cuts, shape product into appropriate orientation for shipping final product.
- Performs minor equipment maintenance.
- Performs related tasks with computer software.
- Assists with loading boxes
- Assists with pallet stacking
- Supply grind bags to proper sources.
- Assess quality of finish product.
- Maintains accurate inventory of logs.
- Performs routine housekeeping as required.
- Assist in related department activities and perform related duties, as required.
- Routinely performs overtime without extended notice.
