About The Position

The Mold Operator packages quality molded products for shipment to external and internal customers. The role involves operating department machinery, preparing product boxes, maintaining a clean work area, completing required paperwork, and assisting new operators and the Lead Person as directed. The operator is expected to follow company rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Life Saving Behaviors while working safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Self-starter who is eager to learn and take initiative.
Team player willing to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

Follow company rules, GMPs, and Life Saving Behaviors.
Package quality molded products safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Make boxes for packaging products during the packing process.
Keep the work area clean, including conveyor belts, automation equipment, floors, and machines.
Complete required paperwork.
Assist new operators as directed.
Assist the Lead Person wherever needed.
Efficiently operate every machine in the department.
