About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Mold Makers for projects located in the Orlando, FL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $23-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Experience with fiberglass, FRP, silicone, or composite mold fabrication
- OSHA 10: TI can provided training for qualified candidates
- All PPE
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
Responsibilities
- Build fiberglass, FRP, silicone, and composite molds per shop drawings
- Safely operate grinders, drills, sanders, and other hand/power tools
- Mix, apply, and finish materials to produce structurally sound molds
- Inspect molds for precision, quality, and QA/QC compliance
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
- Follow production schedules and fabrication procedures
