About The Position

This role focuses on maintaining injection molding molds through preventive maintenance and cleaning. The position also involves supporting the production floor, operating machines, performing quality tests, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Documentation and maintaining a clean work area are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Sufficient communication and writing skills
• Ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
• Must have appropriate vision to perform detailed quality inspection as outlined in SOPs and TPs

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance and cleaning on injection molding molds
• Maintain documentation of work performed
• Keep Work Area Clean
• Support production floor as needed running machines and packaging product as trained/instructed
• Operate Machines according to SOPs and Training
• Perform and Document Quality Tests according to Testing Procedures
• Check Product to meet Quality Standards
• Other Duties as assigned
