About The Position

This position is responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and changeover of injection molds. Duties include performing mold changes to ensure mold tools are ready to meet production schedules, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, and performing repairs on mold tools. The role also involves recommending changes and enhancements to procedures and equipment for more efficient operations and maintaining a safe, clean working environment. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• Basic math skills, including knowledge of shop/mechanical mathematics.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and 3D models.
• Ability to comprehend and retain technical verbal and written instructions.
• Understanding and experience with mold tool construction and maintenance.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred.
• Prior Injection mold tool maintenance and assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities
