About The Position

A well-established private dermatology practice in the Denver area is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon to join its close-knit team of dermatology providers and support staff. This opportunity is intended for someone who already knows the Denver market, has meaningful ties to the area and sees Colorado as a long-term home. The practice is not simply looking to fill a schedule - they want to find a surgeon who will become an important part of the team and patient community for years to come. Just as important as clinical skill is how you practice. This group has built a culture around providers who are dependable, professional, approachable and genuinely enjoyable to work alongside. Strong communication, emotional intelligence and a warm bedside manner are highly valued. This is a full-time position practicing approximately 3.5 - 4 days per week, with time divided between two established Denver-area locations. Your initial schedule will include: Two days of Mohs surgery, averaging approximately 8–10 cases per day One day focused on excisions Approximately one day of general dermatology An evolving surgical schedule as Mohs demand continues to grow, with additional Mohs volume anticipated in 2027. The position will be split fairly evenly between the two offices initially, with slightly more time expected at one area location as the practice grows. You’ll be joining a private practice with a small, experienced team of dermatology providers and dedicated support staff. The group continues to see strong patient demand and anticipates adding more general dermatologists in the near future. That growth creates an opportunity for the incoming Mohs Surgeon to develop alongside the practice rather than simply step into a static role. The practice is looking for someone who values consistency, collegiality and being part of a team where providers know and trust one another. Reliability matters here.
