About The Position
Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon Opportunity Near Houston, Texas. Accepting 2027 Mohs Fellow Applications! Step into significant existing surgical demand with an established, physician-owned dermatology practice where the opportunity can be shaped around the way you want to practice. A respected dermatology practice approximately 30 miles northwest of downtown Houston is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon to join its team following the recent departure of its previous surgeon. This is not an opportunity where you will need to spend years building surgical volume. The practice has an established Mohs patient base, a substantial backlog of patients awaiting treatment and room for continued growth. The incoming surgeon has the opportunity to practice 100% Mohs surgery or create a schedule combining Mohs and general dermatology, depending on clinical interests and the needs of the practice. The previous Mohs surgeon was performing approximately 15 cases per day, three days per week, demonstrating the level of existing surgical demand. With patients already waiting for care, there is meaningful potential for the new surgeon to step into immediate volume and expand from there. This practice has built its reputation around high-quality dermatologic care, individualized treatment and lasting relationships with patients in the surrounding community.
