About The Position

Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our private practice in Waco, Texas. This practice is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children in a warm, friendly, and comfortable environment. This is a FFS/PPO and mix of Medicaid. A 5-day work week is offered, however, 4 days is an option. Competitive daily guarantee and paid on adjusted production which starts at 34%. Hospital privileges are available and in house anesthesia cases are also performed. Ownership opportunity is also a potential. As an Associate Pediatric Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced and dedicated dental professionals. Requirements

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Completed a pediatric dentistry residency program
• Current state dental license and malpractice insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and providing high-quality dental care
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other treatments as needed
• Educate parents and patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Monitor and track patient progress and maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans and provide coordinated care
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and techniques in pediatric dentistry through continuing education and training opportunities
