About The Position

Alpers Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is hiring an experienced Associate Dentist for its comprehensive dental practice in Scottsdale. The practice is modern and almost entirely fee-for-service, with a patient base that values thoughtful, high-quality care. The associate will have the opportunity to diagnose comprehensively, build patient relationships, provide general and restorative care, and take on increasingly complex cosmetic and implant cases as their experience and clinical skills develop. The role includes hands-on mentorship and collaboration with Dr. Kris Alpers, who supports continuing education and clinical development. The associate can discuss cases, receive feedback, and expand the procedures they confidently provide. The practice intends to build a meaningful, productive schedule for the associate and provide opportunities to develop their own patient relationships and take on rewarding cases. Available clinical services and case types include cosmetic and restorative dentistry, porcelain and no-prep veneers, dental implants, bone and soft tissue grafting, full-mouth reconstruction, Invisalign, complex restorative cases, and general and preventive dentistry. Technology includes CBCT imaging, iTero scanning, digital dentistry, 3D printing, smile simulations, and advanced laser technology. Compensation includes a daily guarantee with a percentage of collections, competitive compensation, and bonus eligibility. Requirements

Valid Arizona dental license and DEA registration.
Post-dental-school clinical experience; the position is intended for a dentist with a few years of practice experience, rather than a brand-new dentist.
Strong general and restorative dentistry skills.
Some experience or a strong clinical interest in cosmetic dentistry, veneers, and implants.
Care about quality of care and thoughtful treatment rather than simply increasing volume.
Ability to build trust with patients and communicate treatment clearly.
