About The Position

A well-established, physician-led dermatology practice in western Massachusetts is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Mohs specialist who values clinical autonomy, high-quality patient care and a balanced mix of surgical and medical dermatology. This position is based near Hatfield, Massachusetts, serving a strong and expanding patient population across the region. The incoming Mohs Surgeon will practice in a flexible full-time or part-time capacity. The current structure includes: 1 day per week dedicated to Mohs surgery and excisions. Remaining clinical days focused on general / medical dermatology. Opportunity to expand Mohs volume over time as patient demand continues to grow. Approximately 6–8 Mohs cases per day. This structure allows for a rewarding blend of surgical expertise and longitudinal dermatologic care. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mohs Surgeon seeking a stable, well-supported practice with the freedom to shape their clinical focus while maintaining a high standard of care.

Requirements

  • Fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible Dermatologist
  • Must be comfortable practicing independently with strong clinical judgment
  • A collaborative, patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

  • Perform Mohs surgery and excisions one day per week.
