About The Position

SimTech, Inc. is seeking a senior Modeling and Simulation Analyst to join its team in Huntsville, Alabama. The role supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in assessing the capabilities of the Missile Defense System (MDS). The analyst will work in a distributed Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation environment and support MDA Ground Test (GT) events, Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI) activities, and Flight Test (FT) support. The primary focus is analysis of the Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) and analytical support for MDA's distributed software threat simulation. This is described as an immediate opening with opportunities for growth and professional development. The position involves analyzing simulation framework and configuration data, supporting integration of current and future software capabilities into OSF, and verifying and validating test data to ensure its quality and integrity. The analyst will develop and run Python tools, communicate results to interdisciplinary teams, and collaborate with analysts and engineers on test simulation campaigns. Work may take place in office/cubicle and laboratory/testing environments, may include telework, and may involve varying shifts or hours, occasional travel, equipment handling, and protective equipment use.
