About The Position

The Model/VIP Attendant provides guests with beverage service, products, entertainment, and an elegant, welcoming experience. The role involves engaging guests, building rapport, anticipating their needs, and helping create a memorable visit. The Team Member provides bottle and cocktail service, food service, amenities, and drink preparation while maintaining Clark County Health Standards and a safe work environment. They are expected to demonstrate a positive attitude, beverage knowledge, and enthusiasm while delivering customer service, developing new clientele, strengthening relationships with existing clientele, and encouraging repeat business.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Superior customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak and listen in a public forum.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and accurately make change.
• Ability to follow check-handling policies and procedures and use POS terminal functions accurately.
• Knowledge and ability to perform bottle service.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails.

Nice To Haves

• Current or previous modeling or VIP Guest Service experience.
• Advanced beverage, wine, spirits, cocktail, and trends knowledge.
