About The Position
The Model/Bar Porter provides Guests with “Beyond the Best” customer service, product knowledge, and flair entertainment while creating an environment of elegant style, finesse, and charm. The role anticipates Guests’ additional needs to help ensure a wonderful and unique visit. It requires advanced knowledge of beverages, wine, spirits, cocktails, and trends. The Team Member assists the Model/Bartender in consistently delivering exceptional service and interacts with and entertains Guests professionally. The role also maintains bar cleanliness and stocked pars for food and beverage service, amenities, and drink preparation, while following Clark County Health Standards and maintaining a safe work environment. The Team Member demonstrates a positive attitude, knowledge, and enthusiasm, develops new clientele, builds relationships with existing clientele, and increases repeat business opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment or comparable setting.
- Superior customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-paced environment while delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to speak and listen in a public forum.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails.
Nice To Haves
- Current or previous modeling or VIP service experience.
