About The Position

We are seeking a strong and experienced onshore techno-functional lead with proven Model N Flex expertise and a solid understanding of both Commercial and Regulatory processes. This role requires deep knowledge of Model N business processes, strong production support experience, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to independently drive issue triage, RCA, business discussions, solution validation, and release support activities. The position is located in Princeton, NJ, and is a 6-month contract role.

Requirements

Proven Model N Flex expertise.
Solid understanding of Commercial and Regulatory processes.
Hands-on Model N experience in the Regulatory domain (Government Pricing and Medicaid).
Experience with SaaS implementation and architecture.
Deep knowledge of Model N business processes.
Strong production support experience.
Stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to independently drive issue triage, RCA, business discussions, solution validation, and release support activities.
Model N Flex: Rebates, Chargebacks, Pricing, Contracts, Membership, Medicaid, Government Pricing, Provider and Payer Management.
Strong SQL and Data Analysis and Reconciliation.
Work Experience in Revenue & Pricing Management of Life Sciences area.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Model N processes including Government Pricing Processes, Managed Care Rebates Processes, Managed Contracts, Managed Care Script Validation, Rebates Reallocation, Chargebacks Processes, and Retail Rebates.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Drive issue triage, RCA, business discussions, solution validation, and release support activities.
Provide production support for Model N solutions.
Manage stakeholders effectively.
Assist in deploying and maintaining Model N solutions, ensuring compliance with global and regional Financial regulatory requirements.
