The position applies systems engineering principles within a digital engineering framework to create, analyze, and maintain system architecture models. The engineer collaborates with government leads, prime contractors, and cross-functional engineering teams to trace requirements, model behavioral and structural architectures, and support technical baseline reviews. Employment is contingent upon prime contractor approval. The role develops and maintains SysML models capturing system behavior, structure, interfaces, and operational requirements across MDA programs. It supports end-to-end requirements traceability, digital engineering integration, milestone reviews, architectural trade studies, interface analysis, and configuration management of models.
