About The Position

Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel is currently hiring for a Model Bar Supervisor! We're searching for a candidate who can supervise and support bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth service. The role involves preparing cocktails, pouring beer and wine, and fulfilling guest and service orders. Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar is crucial, as is ensuring consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service standards. The supervisor will monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service, assist with inventory, ordering, and minimizing waste, and train and guide team members while addressing guest needs. Support for opening, closing, and daily bar operations, as well as assistance with special events and other duties as needed, are also part of the role.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, nightclub, or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
