About The Position

W Cottontail Lounge / Living Room / WET Deck is currently hiring for a Model Bar Supervisor! We're searching for a candidate who can: Supervise and support bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth service. Prepare cocktails, pour beer and wine, and fulfill guest and service orders. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service standards. Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service. Assist with inventory, ordering, and minimizing waste. Train and guide team members while addressing guest needs. Support opening, closing, and daily bar operations. Assist with special events and other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, nightclub, or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
