About The Position

W Cottontail Lounge / Living Room / WET Deck is currently hiring for a Model Bar Supervisor! We're searching for a candidate who can supervise and support bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth service. This role involves preparing cocktails, pouring beer and wine, and fulfilling guest and service orders. The supervisor will maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, ensuring consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service standards. A key responsibility is monitoring alcohol consumption and ensuring responsible service. The role also includes assisting with inventory, ordering, and minimizing waste, as well as training and guiding team members while addressing guest needs. Support for opening, closing, and daily bar operations is expected, along with assistance for special events and other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, nightclub, or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
