About The Position

About Nscale Nscale is a global hyperscaler engineered for AI infrastructure and the engine for superintelligence. Our ability to build and scale exceptional teams globally depends on creating a seamless, supportive experience for every employee we hire and relocate. Immigration is not just a process — it’s a pivotal life moment. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Mobility Specialist to own the day-to-day delivery of mobility support for our US employee population. You will manage relocations, assignments, and business travel support in a fast-moving, still-evolving environment where priorities shift and the playbook is still being written. This is a hands-on operational role with the potential to expand into supporting additional locations and regions as Nscale’s footprint grows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of mobility casework experience with a strong focus on the US, supporting employee populations and cross-border relocations.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of US relocation, assignment, and business travel compliance considerations.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments without a fully defined process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain sound judgment under pressure.
  • A demonstrated ability to build strong, close working relationships with immigration counterparts and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • An openness to taking on additional locations or regions within your scope as the business grows.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working alongside an in-house Immigration Specialist or team.
  • Exposure to mobility outside the US (e.g., UK, EMEA, APAC) or interest in growing into a broader regional remit.
  • Experience in the data center, infrastructure, or technical workforce sectors.
  • Experience managing mobility vendors or EOR providers.
  • Familiarity with global immigration frameworks and the intersection of mobility and immigration.
  • Strong experience with data reporting and program metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end mobility casework for the US population, including relocations, transfers, and assignments.
  • Oversee mobility allowance requests via our ticketing system and partner with mobility vendors on case initiation, tracking, and resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.
  • Provide clear, practical guidance to hiring managers and leaders, navigating ambiguity with sound judgment and keeping cases moving efficiently.
  • Work closely with the US Immigration Specialist to ensure mobility and immigration casework move in lockstep for shared employees.
  • Proactively flag risks or bottlenecks and bring pragmatic solutions to the table.
  • Provide empathetic, clear, and timely guidance to employees navigating sensitive, high-stakes moves.
  • Apply and help refine mobility tracking systems, policies, and processes as the program matures.
  • Contribute on-the-ground feedback to help improve playbooks for future expansion and M&A activity.
  • Support KPI reporting, cost analysis, and employee feedback loops to measure and continuously improve program effectiveness.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive US compensation package (base + bonus + equity), with performance reviews every 12 months.
  • Dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions.
  • Flexible workplace trusts Nscalers to deliver, giving you the autonomy to shape your day around life's moments.
  • medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.
