About The Position

The Mobility Data and Compliance Specialist supports LYNX Mobility Services by validating, reconciling, and analyzing data for paratransit, ADA eligibility, on-demand transportation, and contracted operations. The position helps ensure operational, eligibility, and performance data is accurate, complete, and consistent with agency standards and regulatory requirements. Working under the direction of the Mobility Supervisor, the Specialist investigates data discrepancies, evaluates performance trends, monitors contractor reporting, and prepares reports that support operational oversight and service improvements. The role collaborates with internal teams and contracted service providers to improve data quality and reporting processes and maintain accurate, audit-ready information for dashboards, reports, and regulatory submissions. The position works Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. It is based in an office environment and involves extended periods of seated work, computer use, and reading. The role may also support LYNX emergency preparation and response efforts, including returning to the normal work schedule as soon as possible after an emergency or when notified.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Three years of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or a related field.
Valid Florida driver's license and safe driving record, maintained as required.
Experience working with Mobility Services data systems, such as paratransit, ADA eligibility, on-demand services, or Trapeze PASS/CERT.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
Knowledge of database structures, data queries, and reporting principles.
Knowledge of ADA, FTA, and NTD reporting requirements.
Knowledge of Trapeze PASS, Trapeze Certification, dispatch and scheduling systems, and contractor data platforms.
Strong analytical skills, including collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting data accurately and with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, problem-solve, determine root causes of data anomalies, and prepare clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Ability to work in a diverse environment and communicate effectively while maintaining positive working relationships and a professional, courteous demeanor.
Ability to sit for long periods and perform extensive reading and computer-terminal work requiring close visual acuity.
Ability to verbally express or exchange ideas and hear sounds at normal speaking levels.

Nice To Haves

Five years of data analysis experience in mobility services.
Experience supporting contractor compliance reporting or ADA/FTA performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal Mobility teams and contracted service providers to apply data quality standards, resolve discrepancies, and support accurate operational and eligibility reporting.
Monitor contractor data submissions and service performance metrics for compliance with Mobility Services contracts, ADA, and FTA expectations.
Validate data from Trapeze PASS, Trapeze Certification, scheduling and dispatch systems, and contractor platforms; prepare quality assurance and discrepancy reports for the Mobility Supervisor.
Develop and maintain data quality reports to track performance indicators, identify trends, and address deficiencies.
Support development of dashboards, performance visualizations, and trend analyses for operational oversight and forecasting.
Prepare reports and execute SQL, Crystal, and Trapeze queries to support compliance monitoring, contractor oversight, ADA standards, and data integrity requirements.
Support documentation and review of contractor training records, FAC 1490 requirements, ADA-related data standards, and contractual reporting obligations.
Conduct spot checks of contractor trip data, contractor performance indicators, eligibility timelines, and quality assurance metrics.
Provide guidance to staff and contractors regarding data integrity, reporting protocols, and Mobility data workflows.
Provide operational support for Mobility Services data systems, including issue tracking, data validation, and coordination with Mobility operational staff.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned and maintain regular, reliable attendance.
Support LYNX emergency preparation and response efforts and return to the normal work schedule as soon as possible after an emergency or when notified.
