About The Position

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a full-time mobile veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in Akron, Canton, Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Kent, Green, Ohio, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian-founded and owned organization offers an alternative to in-clinic practice, focused on professional fulfillment, personal freedom, and a supportive, kind workplace. Veterinarians work independently while remaining connected to a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals, with ongoing training, experienced mentors, dedicated practice managers, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. Schedules are available for three, four, or five days per week. The role averages three to four un-rushed appointments per day, allowing more time with families and less time on paperwork. Compensation varies by schedule: four-day positions start at $85,000, and five-day positions offer a $100,000 base salary, with additional bonus opportunities. Three-day full-time and part-time opportunities are also available with prorated compensation.
