About The Position
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a full-time mobile veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in Yardley, Buckingham, Newtown, Quakertown, Bristol, New Hope, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. The role offers an alternative to in-clinic practice, with flexible schedules, an average of three to four un-rushed appointments per day, and an opportunity to provide care during meaningful moments for families. Veterinarians work independently in the field while remaining connected to a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals. The company provides comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship, access to experienced leaders, dedicated practice managers, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. Available schedules include three-, four-, and five-day opportunities; compensation depends on schedule. Four-day positions start at $107,500, and five-day positions have a $130,000 base salary, with additional bonus opportunities. Three-day full-time and part-time opportunities are also available, with prorated compensation.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), VMD, or BVMS degree.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Candidates are subject to a background and motor vehicle record check after hire and before their associated start date.
