Full-Time Mobile Veterinarian
About The Position
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a full-time mobile veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in Salt Lake City, Sandy, West Jordan, South Jordan, West Valley City, Murray, Herriman, Utah, and surrounding areas. The role offers an alternative to in-clinic practice, with flexible schedules, an average of three to four unhurried appointments per day, and the opportunity to practice independently while remaining connected to a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals. Veterinarians receive comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship, access to experienced leaders, and support from a 24/7/365 Support Center. Three-, four-, and five-day schedules are available. Four-day positions start at $107,500, while five-day positions offer a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. Three-day full-time and part-time opportunities are also available, with prorated compensation based on schedule.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM, VMD, or BVMS).
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Candidates must complete a background and motor vehicle record check after hire and before their associated start date.
Responsibilities
