About The Position

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a full-time mobile veterinarian to serve Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, including Lansdale, Collegeville, Norristown, Eagleville, Ambler, Pottstown, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian provides compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in their homes. The role offers flexible schedules of two to five days per week and averages three to four un-rushed appointments per day. Veterinarians work independently in the field while remaining connected to a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals, with onboarding, mentorship, experienced leaders, and a 24/7/365 Support Center. Full-time opportunities are available on three-, four-, and five-day schedules. Four-day positions start at $107,500, while five-day positions offer a base salary of $130,000, with additional bonus opportunities. Three-day full-time and part-time opportunities are also available, with prorated compensation based on schedule.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS).
Valid U.S. driver's license.
Availability to work some weekends.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Candidates must complete a background and motor vehicle record check after hire and before their associated start date.
