About The Position

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a full-time mobile veterinarian serving Yardley, Buckingham, Newtown, Quakertown, Bristol, New Hope, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian provides compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in their homes. The role offers an alternative to in-clinic practice, with flexible schedules, an average of 3–4 appointments per day, and support from a veterinarian community, practice managers, experienced mentors, and a 24/7/365 Support Center.

Full-time schedules are available for three, four, or five days per week; part-time opportunities are also available. Compensation varies by schedule: four-day positions start at $107,500, and five-day positions offer a $130,000 base salary, with additional bonus opportunities. Three-day positions offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Subject to a post-hire background and motor vehicle record check before the associated start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families.
• Travel to provide mobile veterinary services in the listed Pennsylvania communities and surrounding areas.
• Attend an average of 3–4 appointments per day.
