Topps Digital is seeking a hands-on Mobile Performance Marketing (User Acquisition) Manager to drive app growth across our portfolio of sports and collectibles apps. This role owns paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta, Google App Campaigns (UAC), Apple Search Ads, and mobile advertising partners, with a focus on scaling installs, improving ROAS, and optimizing lifetime value. This position will help develop and drive day-to-day user acquisition and retargeting campaigns via multiple channels. These channels include, but are not limited to, Google AdWords, Meta/Instagram, 3rd party Ad Networks, CTV (Connected TV), digital sponsorships, licensor collaborations, and select others to generate qualified downloads of Topps Digital’s suite of digital collectible apps (8 total apps - https://play.toppsapps.com). This role will also be a driving force in creating compelling marketing campaigns that appeal to both physical AND digital collectors alike as they engage with the Fanatics Collectibles ecosystem through multiple touchpoints (Topps Digital apps, Fanatics Collect, Fanatics LIVE, Topps.com, Fanatics.com)
